PIGZYME is a feed specific SSF enzyme complex fortified with Lactic ferments and Yeast culture. PIGZYME not only enhances feed digestibility but also checks growth of pathogenic bacteria in the intestine of pigs. This has been attributed to improved digestibility of NSPs such as cel lulose, hemicel lulose, pectins, oligosaccharides and phytate bound phosphorus. Improved digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and NSPs reduces flatulence / gas production, digestive disorders and moisture content of faeces by reducing gut viscosity.

PIGZYME degrades phytate phosphorous and releases phytate bound nutrients such as minerals, protein and phosphorous for efficient utilization by the animal.
